The scoreboard
The score, the count, the bases and who's batting, drawn right onto the stream. I built it so everyone watching always knows the score, without me typing it in while I'm switching cameras.

Look
This is the real scoreboard playing a made-up game. The buttons run it through the same scoring rules it uses at a game, so it reacts the way it does on a stream.
What it does
Runs itself, mostly
- GameChanger
- Team names, the score, the line score and the inning come in on their own from GameChanger. When the scorekeeper updates the game, the stream follows.
- At the fence
- A page on my phone handles the rest: balls and strikes, outs, runners and who's at the plate. A correction on the phone sticks.
- The moments
- Graphics for runs, strikeouts, home runs, lead changes, pitching changes and the final, plus a card for each batter as she comes up.
- YouTube
- It sets up each game's YouTube video with the right title, and adds the final score to the description when the game ends.
Why I built it
One person, five cameras
A scoreboard on a stream is only as good as whoever keeps it updated. Before this, that was me, typing in the score between camera switches, and I couldn't keep up. If the score fell behind, nobody watching knew what was happening.
Now the score follows GameChanger by itself, and the graphics are my own instead of someone else's banner across the picture.
